we had a wonderful stay at the tolip. the family room was spacious and comfy. the reception staff were friendly and housekeeping attentive. the front view was amazing, and we enjoyed the rich breakfast buffet. the pianist in the lobby added a nice touch to our experience.

Stayed at a hotel in the heart of Alexandria. the breakfast was outstanding, full of fresh varieties. Would go back FOR SURE! Better than the photos portrayed.

The deluxe queen room was tidy and had nice furniture.

A safe box, a mini-bar and central heating available in the queen suite. Their service was exceptional. Not to mention free wifi! Central location close to the second main train station Sidi Gaber. And near the best fish food market in Alex as well as the sea with a wide terrace.

Clean, brand-new hotel with fast and gentle staff. Overall a comfortable stay on a business trip. Delicious breakfast with varieties for the start of the day. Incredible and stunning location, next to Stanley Beach Cafe.

We greatly enjoyed the large room, exciting breakfast, and the best staff. the hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to the best fish food market, surrounding cafes, shops, and by the sea.

Overall, my one-night stay at this place was quite pleasant. the hotel is conveniently located near Downtown, making it easy to get around 🏙️.

the rooms were reasonably large, complete with 3 terace as well as a good privacy, and with smoke detectors for safety measures too.

The room I stayed in was incredibly spacious and clean, with a lovely side view of the sea. We were even upgraded to a fantastic suite for free thanks to the friendly Ms. Marwa at the reception. the breakfast available on the top floor restaurant was not only plentiful and tasty but also had a breathtaking sea view. the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. the location of the hotel is superb, with a variety of restaurants just down the street and numerous seafront cafes within walking distance.

Quality of repairs in need of improvement. The first room service (before we arrived) probably watched more TV than cleaned up; so there was an empty water bottle under the curtain.
